I will tally up the amount donated at fundraisers where I have performed or emceed starting in 2022. I will "race" against the generosity of the attendees and donors at those events. Will the organizations collectively hit a million dollars before I complete the 25,000 miles of cycling (the distance around the Earth at the equator)?
At this point, I am a tad more than halfway there. As of August 1, 2023, I have ridden 13,509 miles. Which is just over 54% of the 25,000 miles. You can follow my progress towards the goal here on this site or by following me on an app called STRAVA (Rik Roberts | Bike4Bucks.com | Mt. Juliet, TN).
The fundraising effort is at $683,133 which is roughly 68.3% percent of the million dollar goal.
So the money is leading the miles by rough;y 14%!
You can participate in one of three ways.
1) Host a fundraising event and have me perform my clean comedy show (or even emcee the event).
2) Support my rides for various charities by pledging an amount during one of their cycling challenges.
3) Make a donation to any of the groups that have hired me in the past on the FUNDS RAISED SO FAR page.
Let me know how much was donated and I will add that and your name to the tally!
I look forward to hearing if you would like to be part of this amazing journey! Contact me anytime!

I am thrilled to announce a groundbreaking initiative "Bike4Bucks" that combines extraordinary adventure with an ambitious fundraising goal. My mission: Ride my bike 25,000 miles (the equivalent of riding around the planet Earth) while using my comedy show to help raise one million dollars (or more) for worthy causes.
I started riding a bike in 2020. The pandemic essentially canceled my schedule for the year and I had time on my hands. While biking, I felt there could be greater motivation if I included a reason for riding. I wasn’t sure at the time what that was. Then, in 2021 I found out I had cancer (prostate). Through God’s grace, some talented surgeons, and a 4-armed Davinci robot I am now a survivor and in good health. There is more work to be done. I am not 100% in the clear yet. Still, I am grateful
